Message from the webmaster: just so everyone is aware, this site finally hit its limit in sheer weight/data, so we had to remove all the DESERT PEACH #1-3 posts to make room for DP #28. We’ll have to remove more for DP #29 and 30.
My thinking at this stage is that after we’ve finished with the daily postings, we’ll take down this current site with the ComicPress/Wordpress build and put in its place a more permanent online archive that can house the easy online reading of all the issues in a more reader-friendly format. No idea yet what that will be, but that’s the plan! For now, you’ll have to go without the early issues, but we’ll get it all back online soon.

I’m glad I started re-reading recently, then! I’m up to issue 8.
I remember the shock of reading this issue – things I had read about, but it’s another to see them in a more visual format, however removed. (And yours isn’t that removed, considering the emotional impact your art can have.)
It’s why drawn books get targeted by censors; “A picture is worth….”
