holy crap, Udo’s turned into a mutant!
To mis-quote Bill Maudlin, (sp?) he’s jest “a good ol’ german boy.”
KS Claw — get Kipling’s “On Greenhow Hill” and read the moment of the three arms. It’s either his report of an actual conversation (probably) or the author catching himself and inner characters providing the language. I couldn’t decide which move I liked better, so just drew ‘em all. I have a pen; I can do whatever I want. Bwa ha ha.
hswoolve, the Germans were famous for loving children, especially among themselves, even though they have the scariest fairy-tales on the planet. Then again, those were never meant for kids, were they?
hswoolve, you’re close, but it’s Mauldin. And his cartoon with the caption “We’re jest a coupla red blooded American boys” has a drunken Joe and Willie draped all over each other with five hands visible… He said that people wondered if maybe he’d had a few himself when he drew it. Not suggesting, however, that Donna’s work habits are less than impeccable!
blackcatx3 — like I said, this is like a mini-animation.
