The Peach can be very snotty and has a nasty temper.  To control it, he can become very ironically saccharine.  Before long, he’s going to find other ways to keep himself occupied, and less full of himself.

Here we see that he really is an officer and knows how to plan and give orders.  He’s not worried about whether anybody thinks he can do it or not; it’s not much of an ego thing with him.

The German is:

“Look out, you pig!”  “Away with the English!”  “Away with the FLIES!”

“Quark” is “farmer’s cheese,” “cottage cheese.”  The Germans use it the way we use “Baloney!” as in “bullshit.”  Yes, there are many German jokes in Star Trek. Most science fiction is much of a take on the Third Reich.  I just don’t hide it.
